When will my credit card be charged?
Unlike some web sites, your credit card is not charged immediately after you have placed on online order with us. This is a safety issue for our customers and for us. We are diligent in protecting your personal and credit information. Therefore, we do not allow direct debits or credits to your card from our web site, but, instead, write up each order individually and then run your credit card number and expiration date over our in-house, secure and direct lines to our credit card processing company.
For you, this means that when you receive our automatically generated invoice confirmation through e-mail, it is not for payment but merely a means to let you know we have received your order and will be processing it shortly so that we can begin work on the products you chose.
We never begin an order before we have received payment and, rest assured, that we will safely process your credit card as soon as possible after you push the "Submit" button to send your order request in to us.
